Logistics Policy

Thank you for choosing Steady Edge LLC. We are committed to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services to our customers in the United States. Please read the following logistics policy before placing your order.

Shipping Area

Currently, we primarily offer delivery services within the United States, including most of the continental United States.

We do not currently support delivery to the following areas:

Overseas U.S. territories

APO/FPO/DPO Military addresses (if delivery is not possible)

Some remote areas (subject to actual delivery availability)

Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time: 1-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).

Orders submitted during business hours will be shipped as soon as possible after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Universal United States 2–7 business days
Remote Areas 5–10 business days

Actual delivery times may be delayed due to weather, holidays, logistics carriers, or other force majeure events.

Shipping Information

The website will automatically calculate shipping costs (if applicable) on the checkout page based on the order amount, delivery address, and shipping method.

If the website offers free shipping, the details on the promotion page will apply.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can track your package's status in real time using the tracking information in the email.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 48 hours of shipment, please contact customer service for assistance.

Delivery Failure

We may not be liable for delivery failures or delays due to the following:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address; Unable to reach you by phone; Recipient refuses to accept the package; Inability to enter a residence, apartment, or office area; Force majeure events (such as severe weather, natural disasters, traffic control, etc.).

If your package is returned for any of the above reasons, we will assist in rescheduling delivery upon receiving the returned package. The customer may be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Address Modification

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to request a change of delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Package Receipt

Please check the outer packaging for damage upon receipt.

If you find any damage to the package, missing items, or any abnormalities during transit, please retain relevant photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods so that we can assist you promptly.

Logistics Delays

While we strive to ensure your order is delivered on time, the following situations may cause delivery delays:

Inclement weather; US public holidays; peak shipping season; natural disasters; system maintenance or other force majeure events.
